- 1 ½ cups of cooked green lentils

- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 3 Tbsp rapeseed or linseed oil or other oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 large handful of walnuts
- 1 Tbsp chopped green dill
- 1 Tbsp chopped green parsley
- ½ lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional)
- salt, pepper to taste
Preparation: add the finely diced roasted vegetables to the cooked and cooled lentils. Then chop or press the garlic, add chopped nuts, dill and parsley. Combine everything with your choice of oil and lemon juice and honey. Mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper. You can refrigerate the salad before serving. What is important, all ingredients can be sourced locally, which fits perfectly with the idea of slow food.
- 2 cups buckwheat flour.

Pesto: basil, sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic clove, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese (optional).
