After summer, it is worth making a homemade mask from natural yogurt and honey. Just put 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, a teaspoon of liquid honey, an incomplete teaspoon of olive oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly. If you need strong skin regeneration, it is worth adding two capsules of vitamin E. Apply such a slurry to the cleansed skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Then you need to rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat in a highly moisturizing cream.
For dry skin, an avocado mask can also help. Just blanch half of the fruit or mash it thoroughly with a fork, add to it about 20 g of oatmeal, 2.5 tablespoons of honey, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix the whole thing until it forms a fairly uniform slurry, and apply it to the skin. We wash it off after about 20 minutes. The plus side of this mask is that it not only moisturizes perfectly, but also soothes irritation and removes dead skin.
Skin after summer often needs a scrub, too. Here the one made from apple and lemon will work. You need to grate the apple on coarse mesh, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply to the face, massaging gently. It is worth performing such a procedure twice a week to remove dead skin, cleanse the complexion and get rid of blemishes. After washing off the scrub, pat in a moisturizing cream.
Many women complain that after summer their skin is lackluster and dull. In this case, a mask made of fresh raspberries will work. Just mash a handful of fruits with a fork, add 1.5 tablespoons of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix and apply to the face. After 15 minutes, wash off the mask with lukewarm water, pat the skin dry and apply your favorite cream. Raspberries are rich in vitamin C, making the skin radiant, regenerated and moisturized. Olive oil, on the other hand, also makes it soft and pleasant to the touch.
In addition to external care, it’s also worth taking care of the one on the inside. Therefore, it is important to take in plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol, cigarettes and sweets.
