Are you planning to buy a fireplace for aromatherapy of the interior, but do not know which to decide on, because the market is available a lot of options? Seemingly they differ only in shape and color. But it turns out that the matter is much more complicated than you might think.

What fireplace to choose?

First of all, you need to think about whether you are going to use mostly essential oils and thus provide yourself with home aromatherapy, or whether you will bet rather on scented waxes. Wax fireplaces are usually bigger – they have bigger bowls and are higher (about 10 cm). This makes it possible to place a whole portion of wax (which you can often buy in the form of a cube or tartalet) in the bowl. Oil fireplaces do not need such a large volume – just pour into them a few milliliters of water and 5-10 drops of oil. Of course, in the case of a larger bowl, we do not have to refill the water so often, which is an undeniable advantage. With less height, we then have to deal with a much more intense aroma, which some people appreciate very much.
